Graphic Design/Public Relations/Events Coordinator

As any of these three jobs you are one of the people that is responsible for the professional communication of our team to the outside world. In doing so you take care of promoting our project, vision and take everyone along with our team’s journey.

Each role is made to specialize in a few aspects of the overall communication of the team. We have grouped them as the following, however these are not hard lines! Tasks can easily be moved around within the three roles depending on your skillset.

The Graphic Design Coordinator encompasses the following:

  • Design the wrap of the boat
  • Designing the team merchandise
  • Posters and Graphics for events/social media
  • Photography & Photo editing

 

The Public Relations Coordinator encompasses the following:

  • Managing social media channels and website
  • Contacting and writing articles for press 
  • Writing and publishing the newsletter
  • Making videos

 

The Events Coordinator encompasses the following:

  • Organizing internal events (Design Presentation, Boat Reveal etc.)
  • Managing external events (going to different exhibitions)
  • Making renders
