I joined this team to apply the theoretical knowledge I gained during my studies to a challenging, hands-on project. My primary focus is on developing the mechanical systems that control both the height and stability of the boat, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Additionally, I collaborate closely with Emile de Kam on creating the steering system. Throughout my Mechanical Engineering studies, I discovered a deep passion for designing and building mechanical systems. This project provides me with invaluable experience, allowing me to bridge the gap between theoretical, textbook-perfect mechanisms and the complexities of real-world applications. It’s an exciting opportunity to see how engineering principles play out in practical scenarios, helping me grow both technically and professionally.
