Last summer, I completed my final year in the Bachelor's program for Systems Engineering, Policy, and Management (TPM). Instead of focusing on developing expertise in one specific engineering discipline, it teaches students to consider technology within a societal framework. This aspect of my education is what I value highly, as it has allowed me to collaborate with engineers from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about highly specialized areas, which I find fascinating.

As Team Manager, my objective this year is to build, guide, and nurture a strong, unified team. I aim to support their individual development, help them achieve their goals, and create an unforgettable experience for all. My priority is to foster an open and supportive environment where everyone feels valued, can freely express their ideas, and is empowered to reach their highest potential. I'm excited to be part of this ambitious, multidisciplinary team of enthusiastic students!
