As the Chief Operations you are responsible for maintaining the quality delivered by the Operations department. You will oversee the high diversity of tasks within your department, aiming for things to go as smoothly as possible. Next to your managerial responsibilities you will contribute to the department’s work as well.

Your responsibilities include keeping an eye on the department’s progress, overseeing the entirety of the Operations tasks and their dependencies. Besides that, constant communication with the Management is vital to quickly identify and efficiently resolve any issues that may arise. Through collaboration with the Management Department and the other Chiefs, you contribute to decisions that strike a balance within the project, working towards the overarching goal for the year.

In addition to your managerial role, you actively contribute as a part of the Operations department, lending your time and expertise to the business related areas of the project, such as the exposure and partnerships. This dual role ensures that you not only guide the direction of your department but actively participate in achieving the project’s milestones.
