As the Event Coordinator, you bring the story of the TU Delft Hydro Motion Team to life through memorable experiences. You are responsible for organizing and managing the events where we present our progress, showcase our innovations, and connect with partners, supporters, and the public.

You organize internal events such as the Design Reveal and Boat Reveal, ensuring these milestone moments run smoothly and leave a lasting impression. You also manage our participation in external events and exhibitions, coordinating logistics and representing the team professionally. In addition, you create renders and visual materials that help present our project in the best possible way.

This role is perfect if you enjoy planning, teamwork, and dynamic environments where no two days are the same. You will gain valuable organizational and leadership experience while playing a central role in how the world experiences the TU Delft Hydro Motion Team!
