Team Manager
The TU Delft Hydro Motion Team is one of the reasons that I started my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering at the TU Delft. In this dreamteam my passion for sailing meets my passion for engineering. What inspires me the most is that every year, a completely new team takes on the challenge together. We design, build and race a hydrogen-powered foiling boat while showing how the maritime sector can become more sustainable. For me being Team Manager is the perfect role because I am involved in every aspect of the project. By balancing time, money and quality, I get to understand and connect the different sides of the team. As Team Manager I will strive for creating a structured, ambitious and enjoyable environment in which team members trust each other, communicate openly and perform at their best. My goal is to create an unforgettable year, take Hydro Motion to the next level and, together, win the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge.
