Last year, I finished my bachelor in Applied Physics and the year before the minor Engineering for Large-scale Energy Conversion and Storage. While doing my bachelor, I realised that it was more theoretical than I expected. I wanted to apply the knowledge that I learned and to have more practical experience. Hydro Motion seemed therefore like the ideal solution, as it offers me to develop my engineering skills and also gives me hands-on experience for my interest in sustainability.

As cryogenic systems engineer, I am responsible for the parts where the hydrogen is liquid or a gas at very low temperatures, such as the cryogenic tank and the cryogenic heat exchanger. One of the advantages of liquid hydrogen its high energy density, making it an interesting choice as a sustainable energy carrier.

I am looking forward to work with this team this year and the challenges that will come!
