I am a second year Aerospace Engineering student in TU Delft. In my study I learn all about fluid mechanics, foil profiles and materials. Combining this with my sailing journey that I started at 7 years-old, a foiling boat is the best of my two worlds, academic and sailing. As the foil engineer I will be responsible for the design and production of the hydrofoil, ensuring the boat can foil for maximum efficiency. I am excited to merge my knowledge from my studies with new avenues such as hands on experience in production!
