When I came to Delft to study Mechanical Engineering, I knew right away that I wanted to join a dream team. Being part of HydroMotion for a year is an amazing opportunity, a fun challenge and a chance to put my knowledge into practice on a real project. As Chief Vehicle Dynamics, I’m responsible for making sure everything related to steering, foiling, and propulsion comes together. That means keeping an overview of the big picture, but also diving into the details when needed. I coordinate with the engineers, check that our designs actually work together, and make sure deadlines are met so the boat is ready on time. Working with such a motivated group of people, tackling challenges together and celebrating progress, makes this year at HydroMotion an unforgettable experience.
