Studying Aeronautical Engineering has given me the chance to explore many different fields, from aerodynamics to manufacturing. While theory is important, I believe real progress comes from applying that knowledge — and that’s exactly why I joined the Hydro Motion Team. As the Hull Design Engineer in the Hull and Body department, I am responsible for shaping the outside of the boat. The way the hull cuts through the water and keeps balance has a huge impact on performance, and I’m excited to take on that challenge. I will also explore the materials we use, making sure our design is strong, efficient, and sustainable. For me, this year is about more than engineering. It’s about working together in a driven team, learning how to combine different skills, and striving for the best possible result. Winning motivates me, but so does knowing that our work contributes to a more sustainable future.
